We are an established Shipyard Representation and Marine Personnel Recruitment company based in India. Our company has been established in July, 2003 by Mr. K. S. Bilimoria, who was earlier the Chief Executive of the Nautilus Group in India. Whilst Mr. Bilimoria was with Nautilus, the company won over 45 stems of vessels over a 3 year period for their Shipyards.

International Maritime Agencies (IMA) has since establishment, tied up with a number of International

Shipyards on an exclusive basis for marketing Shiprepair, Newbuilding and Conversion business from Indian and Foreign Shipowners (Click here for List of Shipyards). IMA has been instrumental in servicing the needs of over 40 Shipowner Clients both in India and abroad and has been instrumental in obtaining the stems of over 100 vessels for the represented Shipyards over the past 9 years. In addition, IMA has secured 2 major Shipbuilding Contracts for shipyards in Thailand and China. IMA is today in a position to arrange space for Owners at proven shipyards around the world. Our speciality is essentially in arranging newbuildings of all types of vessels at pre-identified shipyards having slots available for serious clients. Our scope of work would include negotiating acceptable delivery periods and price with the yards.

IMA is also experienced in identifying, shortlisting and recruiting all types of marine and other personnel for Shipyards and Shipping Companies and can supply personnel from India, Thailand and the Phillipines depending on the requirement of the Client
