This Division is involved in the entire process of identifying and recruiting all categories of Indian, Thai and Phillipino marine and other personnel like Software Engineers, Mechanical Engineers etc. for Shipping companies and Shipyards worldwide.

The Division handles placement of advertisements in newspapers, preliminary short-listing of candidates based on biodatas received, interviews of short-listed candidates and preparation of a final list together with recommendations for the Principal. The final list is thereafter agreed with the Principal and arrangements made for the visit of representatives of the Principal and all short-listed candidates are intimated and appointments confirmed. Interviews are conducted in Bombay and other places in India, Thailand or the Phillpines depending on the job nature of personnel to be recruited. After the successful candidates have been selected, the Division ensures that all procedures for Visa and other formalities are complied with and completed in a time bound schedule and arranges for the passage of the candidates to their new assignments

The Division has tied up with a reputed Recruitment Agency in Thailand and the Phillipines to offer Indian, Thai and/or Phillipino personnel to Shipowners, Managers and Shipyards worldwide
