This Division concentrates on identification of reputed Newbuilding Shipyards worldwide and negotiating space availability and price for our clients. Presently, we have close tie ups with highly experienced and reputed shipyards in China, Thailand, Turkey and India for all types of Newbuildings. The yards are specialized in building including Passenger Vessels, Mini, Handy, Panamax & Capesize Bulk Carriers, Product & Crude Oil Tankers, OSVs, PSVs, Drill Ships, Jack Ups and Semi-Submersible Rigs.

The Division has so far been successful in successfully negotiating 3 contracts for newbuilding a 442 TEU Container vessel, 2 Nos. MPCs at Thailand and is in the process of finalizing a Contract for building 2 Passenger vessels at a Tier 1 Chinese shipyard & 2 Panamax Bulk Carriers at another Chinese shipyard.
